My new book, Always Pass Uphill of a Yak: And Other Lessons from Nepal, —released this spring (2021) in ebook format—is a humorous look at a trip I took to Nepal with my husband and his cousin.

An unlikely trio—a middle aged-couple and a fun-loving cousin—discovers adventure in Nepal. A couple months ago I started volunteering at a weekly community dinner that rescues foods from stores and farms.
